When making a purchase on haenails.com, you are acknowledging that you have read our return policy on haenails.com and agree to abide by them.


If any dispute is to arise between an individual(s) and haenails.com, it will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of Florida.

 

Return Policy

Hae Nails LLC reserves the right to change the return policy without prior notice. The customer must check the return policy before making a purchase on haenails.com.

Un-used, un-opened, and items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of notice of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee (to cover processing, filing, and materials associated with shipping your order). Any items not meeting these conditions are ineligible for return, unless they are defective from manufacturer defects or damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to a return. In the case of damaged or defective items, Hae Nails LLC will cover the return shipping costs and the restocking fee will be waived.

Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to denial without prior authorization.

Refunds

Returns made to haenails.com will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged as long as they are in un-used, un-opened, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the original item(s) back to Hae Nails LLC and shipping the new item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order contains an item(s) that has been damaged or is defective, Hae Nails LLC will make the best effort to exchange the item(s) with an un-damaged and/or un-defective replacement. Hae Nails LLC will provide a paid return shipping label and the damaged or defective items must be shipped back within 14 days after alerting us of the issue. In the case that the item(s) are not available due to being a pre-order item, or sold out, we will issue you a choice of store credit or refund once the item(s) have been received at Hae Nails LLC. 

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is valid only on orders of $200 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Additionally, packaging, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. In order to receive free shipping, eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item(s), all items in your order will shipped when the pre-order item(s) arrive and are ready to ship.

Undeliverable or Return to Sender

If an order is returned to Hae Nails LLC due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s) to the correct address. If a package becomes lost due to an incorrect address the customer entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier and no replacement package will be issued. If a package is lost by the shipping carrier, Hae Nails LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier and the customer will receive a replacement package. If an order is returned due to an error caused by Hae Nails LLC, Hae Nails LLC will cover the shipping cost associated with re-shipping the order.
